I'm CURIAWEB Customer Center<\/strong> you will find your invoices centrally in one place. There, you can view open and paid invoices, check the current status, and download individual invoices as PDFs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is particularly practical for your bookkeeping, internal filing, or if you need an older invoice again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Briefly explained:<\/strong> You can find your invoices in the customer portal under \u201eBilling \u2192 My Invoices\u201c<\/strong>. There you can open individual invoices and download them as a PDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to open your invoices in the Customer Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to CURIAWEB Customer Center<\/a> a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the section \u201eBilling\u201c<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose \u201eMy Invoices\u201c<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You are now seeing an overview of your invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Open the desired invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on \u201eDownload\u201c<\/strong>, to save the invoice as a PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the invoice overview, alongside the invoice date and amount, you will also see the respective status of the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What invoice statuses are there?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The status shows you whether an invoice has already been paid or is still open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Status<\/th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Paid<\/strong><\/td>The payment has been assigned to the invoice in the system.<\/td><\/tr>
    Unpaid \/ Open<\/strong><\/td>The invoice has not yet been recorded as paid.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Depending on the payment method used, it may take some time for a payment to appear as paid in the customer center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong> For bank payments via QR-bill, the posting may be delayed. If you have already paid, but the invoice is still displayed as open, please allow for the processing time of the bank payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Download invoice as PDF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For your accounting or filing, you can save each invoice as a PDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To do this, open the relevant invoice and use the existing download function. The PDF contains the invoice data and can be saved locally, archived, or forwarded to your accounting department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a QR payment is provided for the invoice, the PDF also contains the corresponding QR payment component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tip:<\/strong> Store your invoices in a structured way, for example by calendar or fiscal year. This way, you can find older receipts more quickly later on.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Find unpaid invoices faster<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If there are multiple invoices, the invoice overview helps you identify open items more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Check especially before upcoming renewals whether there are still any unpaid invoices. This is particularly useful for important hosting packages and domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Pay invoices using customer credit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you have added credit to your CURIAWEB customer account, it can be used for invoices. This is especially practical if you manage multiple domains or recurring services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What to do if your billing address is wrong?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The information used on future invoices comes from the master data of your customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, if your address or company name needs to be changed, you should update your account details in the customer center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong> A subsequent change to your master data does not automatically retroactively change invoices that have already been issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What to do if an already issued invoice needs to be corrected?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If an existing invoice contains incorrect information or you want to have a correction reviewed, the specific case must be assessed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Create a Support ticket in the CURIAWEB customer center<\/a> and state the relevant invoice number as well as the desired correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This makes it possible to check which adjustment is possible in the specific case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What to do if an invoice is missing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you cannot find an expected invoice in the overview, first check whether you are logged into the correct customer account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If multiple people or companies have different customer accounts, an invoice may be assigned to a different account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Also check your email history in the customer center. System-sent invoice notifications and other messages may still be visible there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Keep invoices securely<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Invoices contain personal or business information. When you forward PDF files internally or store them in a document archive, only authorized persons should have access to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This is especially true for companies, associations, or organizations where multiple people work in accounting or administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If another person regularly needs access to certain areas of your customer account, you should not share your personal login for this purpose. Instead, use a separate user account with appropriate permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
