Setting Up Professional Email Communication

With cPanel at CURIAWEB, you have full control over your communication. You can create individual email accounts for your domains, set storage quotas, and manage access via Webmail or local programs like Outlook and Thunderbird.

Step 1: Create a New Email Account

The path to your own address (e.g., info@yourdomain.ch) is short and straightforward:

  1. Log in to your cPanel Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the "Email" section and click on "Email Accounts".

A powerful tool for automatic sorting! If you enable "Automatically Create Folders", a message sent to user+newsletter@yourdomain.ch will be moved directly into a folder named "newsletter". This keeps your inbox clean.

Check this box to immediately receive an email with all the technical setup details for mail clients (Outlook, iPhone, Android).
