Downloadable products consist of one or more files that are made available to the customer in their account after the purchase is complete.

Configuring Downloads

  • Select the product type Downloadable Product.
  • In the "Downloadable Information" section, upload the file or provide a link.
  • Specify how many times the file may be downloaded (Max Downloads).
  • Choose "Shareable" if you want the link to work without a login (e.g., via email), though this is not recommended for paid content.
Important: You can also add "Samples" (previews) so that customers can get a glimpse of the file before purchasing.
