Keep Track of Account Access

In the CuriaWeb customer center, you can check at any time when and from which IP address your account was accessed. This helps you to immediately identify unauthorized activities.

Checking Activities:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner.
  2. Select the "Security Settings" option.
  3. Under the "Account Activity" tab (or on the dashboard under "Recent Logins"), you will see a chronological list of all successful and failed login attempts.

If you see a login that you cannot identify, we recommend that you change your password immediately and enable 2FA protection.
