Individual Language Settings

By default, the cPanel interface is often displayed in English. However, you can switch the display to your preferred language (or any other of over 50 available languages) with just two clicks.

cPanel Language Settings

Step-by-Step to Your Desired Language

  1. Log in to your cPanel.
  2. Scroll to the Preferences section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on the menu item Change Language.
  4. Select your desired language from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click the Change button.
Did you know? cPanel usually tries to automatically detect your preferred browser language. If your browser is set to your native language, the login screen should already appear in that language. The setting inside cPanel permanently overrides this automation for your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does changing the language affect my website?
No. This setting only changes the language of the management interface (cPanel). Your website, databases, and emails remain unaffected.

Why are some terms still in English?
Some technical terms or specific plugin names (such as "JetBackup" or "Softaculous") are not translated by their respective manufacturers and therefore remain in the original language.

Can't find a specific setting despite the language change?
Use the search function at the top of cPanel – it works across all languages!
