From Editor Directly to the Web

Congratulations! Your content is ready, the design is set – now it's time to share your website with the world. With the Kopage Website Builder, the path from editing to going live is incredibly simple. This guide will show you how to make the most of the "Publish" button.

Important Difference:
Save: Secures your progress within the editor so you can continue working later.
Publish: Transfers all saved changes to your public domain so visitors can see them.

1. Final Check Before Going Live

Before clicking the big button, we recommend a quick quality check:

  • Preview Mode: Click Preview at the top right. Check the view for desktop, tablet, and smartphone.
  • Link Check: Do all buttons and menu items work?
  • Typos: A final proofread never hurts.

2. Step by Step: How to Publish

  1. Ensure that you have saved all current changes with Save.
  2. Click the blue Publish button in the top main menu.
  3. Confirm the prompt. Kopage will now upload all files to your web space at CURIAWEB.
  4. Once complete, a success message will appear – your website is now accessible under your domain.

3. Not Ready Yet? Maintenance Mode

If you already have a domain but the new website is still under construction, you can display a maintenance notice:

Go to Settings > Website Settings and enable Under Construction. Visitors will see a message of your choice while you continue building in the background.

4. After Publishing: DNS Note

Have you just registered or transferred your domain to us? Please note the DNS propagation:

Scenario Duration
Existing domain at CURIAWEB Immediate (seconds)
Newly registered domain Up to 24 hours worldwide
Pro-Tip: Test your site on your own smartphone after publishing to experience the real user journey!
