Fresh Content for Greater Reach

A blog or news section is one of the most effective tools to keep your website alive. With the Kopage Blog Module, you can effortlessly publish news, guides, or project updates. Best of all: search engines love regular updates, which sustainably increases your visibility on Google.

Why blog? Every new topic in your blog is an additional chance to be found by potential customers. A "News" section also signals that your company is active and keeps up with the times.

1. Activating the Blog Module

In Kopage, the blog is designed as an app/module:

  1. Click on Modules (or Add Apps) in the main menu.
  2. Select Blog or News from the list.
  3. Kopage automatically creates a new page where your posts will be displayed collectively.

2. Writing Your First Post

Inside the blog page, click on "Add New Post". The editor opens a simplified view, allowing you to focus entirely on your content:

  • Title: Choose a descriptive heading that sparks curiosity.
  • Featured Image: A strong image ensures attention on social networks.
  • Content: Use the familiar editor to format text, embed images, or link videos.
  • Categories & Tags: Sort your posts so readers can find related topics faster.

3. Interaction: Comments and Social Sharing

Social Sharing
Activate sharing buttons so your readers can share your articles on Facebook, LinkedIn, or via WhatsApp with a single click.
Comment Function
Choose between the internal system or the integration of external services (like Disqus) to engage in dialogue with your readers.

4. Scheduling & Publishing

You don't have to publish every article immediately. In the post settings, you can:

  • Save posts as a Draft to refine them later.
  • Choose a Publication Date in the future (Scheduling) to automatically fill your blog while you are on vacation.
SEO Pro Tip: Write about problems your customers have and offer solutions. A helpful blog article is shared and linked much more often than a pure advertising page.
