Setting up Apple Mail on macOS

Setup

  1. Mail App > Add Account > Other Mail Account.
  2. Enter your details and select Sign In.
  3. Server Details:
    • Incoming/Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.ch
    • Username: Your full email address

Signature & Mailbox Maintenance

Signature: Mail > Settings > Signatures.

Deleting: If emails are not being deleted, check under Mailbox Behaviors to ensure the Trash is assigned to the server folder "Trash".
