Always Stay Reachable
Your email address is the central communication channel for invoices, support responses, and technical notifications. Here is how to keep it up to date:
- In the customer center, select the menu item "Hello, [Your Name]!" -> "Edit Account Details".
- Adjust the "Email Address" field.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
Note: Changing your email address in the customer center automatically updates your login username, but has no effect on your hosted email accounts (e.g., info@your-domain.ch). These continue to be managed within cPanel.
