Information on Bank Payment Processing Times
If you have paid your invoice via QR invoice (bank transfer), the status will not be updated immediately in the customer center. This is due to technical reasons within the banking system.
When will the invoice be marked as "Paid"?
- Bank processing time: A domestic transfer within Switzerland usually takes 1 working day.
- Manual reconciliation: Bank payments are regularly checked by our accounting department on working days and manually recorded in the system.
- Weekends/Holidays: No bookings are processed on non-school days, public holidays, or weekends.
Important: If your service is close to its expiration date and you require an immediate renewal, we recommend paying via PayPal, as the reconciliation there occurs fully automatically in real-time.
