We are naturally sorry if you wish to cancel a service with CuriaWeb. To make the process as simple as possible for you, cancellations are handled directly through your customer center.
Step-by-Step Cancellation:
- Under "Services" -> "My Services", select the product you wish to cancel.
- In the left sidebar under "Actions," click on "Request Cancellation".
- Briefly describe the reason (optional) and select the cancellation type:
- Immediate: The service will be deactivated shortly (data will be deleted).
- End of Billing Period: The service remains active until the already paid date and will not be renewed thereafter.
- Confirm the request. You will receive a confirmation via email immediately.
Please note that canceling your hosting does not automatically cancel the associated domain. Due to registry policies, domains must be managed and canceled separately.
