Never Lose an Important Message Again

Have you accidentally deleted an important email from us (e.g., your login details or an invoice confirmation), or did it end up in your spam filter? No problem!

The Email Archive in the Customer Center:

We keep a log of almost every email our system has sent to you. Here is how to find them:

  1. Click on your name (profile menu) in the top right corner.
  2. Select the item "Email History".
  3. Here you will see a chronological list of all messages, including the date and subject.
  4. Click on "View Message" to read the content of the email directly in your browser.
Particularly Useful: If you have ordered a new hosting package, you will always find the "Welcome Email" here containing all server data and IP addresses for permanent reference.
