Efficiently Maintaining Content

Joomla strictly separates content (article) from the menu structure. An article is only visible when it is either assigned to a menu item or appears in a category overview.

Steps to Your First Article:

  1. Go to Content -> Articles -> Add New Article.
  2. Enter a title and your text.
  3. Select a Category on the right side.
  4. Use the "Publishing" tab to enter metadata for SEO optimization.

Click "Save & Close". Your article is now stored in the system!
