By default, Drupal links often look like this: /node/123. For better SEO rankings, however, these should contain the title of the content.

Setting up Pathauto:

  1. Install the modules Pathauto, Token, and Chaos Tool Suite (ctools).
  2. Navigate to Configuration -> Search and metadata -> URL aliases -> Patterns.
  3. Create a new pattern for your content (e.g., /article/[node:title]).
