From Draft to Official Address
While you create your website in the Sitejet editor, you are working in a protected preview environment. Once the design is ready, the website must be linked to your primary domain (e.g., www.your-company.ch). Since Sitejet at CURIAWEB is integrated directly into cPanel, this process is fortunately very simple.
Step 1: Selecting the Right Domain
When you start the Sitejet Builder in cPanel, you have already specified the domain for which the project should be created. If you have multiple domains in your hosting package, ensure that you have created the project for the correct (addon) domain.
Step 2: The "Publish" Process
In the Sitejet editor, click on "Publish" at the top right. At this moment, the following happens in the background:
- The AI-generated content is converted into static, highly optimized code.
- The files are automatically moved to the
public_htmldirectory (or the corresponding directory of your addon domain). - Existing files (if any) are overwritten or moved.
Step 3: Check SSL Encryption
A modern website must be accessible via HTTPS. Thanks to our AutoSSL feature, a certificate is automatically generated for your domain. After publishing in Sitejet, the green lock should become active in the browser bar within a few minutes.
