Know what’s happening – before the customer calls

Monitoring is only as good as its alerts. In the 360 Monitoring dashboard, you can flexibly define how and when you want to be informed.

How to set up your alerts:

  • Go to "Alerts" or "Contacts" in the menu.
  • Specify who should be notified (Email is the default).
  • Choose channels: In addition to Email, 360 Monitoring also supports channels like Slack, Telegram, Discord, or webhooks.

Best practice for alerts:

Set the alert to trigger after the second failed check (e.g., after 2 minutes). This helps avoid "false alarms" caused by brief network fluctuations.
