Do I absolutely have to install the server agent?

No. For website monitoring (Uptime, SSL, Blacklist), no installation is necessary. The agent is only required for deep insights into CPU, RAM, and processes.

Does monitoring affect my website's performance?

No. Uptime checks merely simulate a very brief page visit. The server agent is programmed to use less than 1% of CPU performance.

Where can I find my reports?

Log in via your Client Center. In the 360 Dashboard, you will find all statistics for download under the "Reports" menu item.
