Troubleshooting Made Easy: Understanding the Path of Your Emails
Have you ever wondered why an email didn't arrive or why a message was marked as spam? The "Track Delivery" function provides full transparency for all sent and received messages of your cPanel account.

1. Targeted Recipient Search
Enter an address in the "Recipient Email (optional)" field at the top and click "Run Report". The system will now list every attempt to reach this address chronologically.
2. Understanding Status Symbols
In the Event column, you will find symbols that immediately tell you what happened:
| ✅ Success | The message was accepted by the destination server. |
| ⏳ Deferred | The recipient server is delaying acceptance (Greylisting). The system will automatically try again. |
| ❌ Failure | Delivery failed (e.g., mailbox full or address does not exist). |
| ????️ Filtered | The email was blocked by a spam filter or a custom rule. |
3. In-depth Analysis (Info Icon)
Click the info icon (blue "i") in the Actions column to see technical details. Here you will find the exact Result from the mail server, such as:
"550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist."
Such messages help you tell the recipient exactly why they didn't receive your mail.
4. Email Delivery Route Diagram
This graphical tool visually shows which internal filters the mail passed through. It is particularly useful for finding out if a forwarder or a local filter affected delivery.
