Welcome to Your Creative Hub

The Kopage Website Builder is designed so that you don't have to pore over a manual. The interface is intuitive and shows you changes in real-time. In this overview, we’ll guide you through the central areas so you can get started with confidence right away.

The WYSIWYG Principle: Kopage works on the motto "What You See Is What You Get." This means: the way you see your site in the editor is exactly how it will appear to your visitors online later.

1. The Top Navigation Bar (The Control Center)

At the top of the screen, you control the global aspects of your website:

Menu Item Function
Pages Manage your menu structure and add new subpages here.
Design The place for colors, fonts, and changing your layout template.
Settings SEO options, favicon upload, and general website settings.
Modules Expand your site with a blog, shop, or password-protected areas.

2. The Live Editor (Drag & Drop)

The actual design takes place in the center of the screen. Hover over elements to edit them directly:

  • Edit Content: Simply click into a text block to start typing.
  • Move Sections: Use the arrow icons on the blocks to move entire sections up or down.
  • Adjust Layouts: Change column widths or spacing directly with your mouse.

3. The Right Element Bar

Here you will find all the building blocks for your website. Simply drag and drop them onto your page:

Text & Titles
Images & Galleries
Buttons & Icons
Contact Forms

4. Preview & Publishing

Before going live, you should check your page:

  • Mobile View: Click the smartphone icon to test the responsive design.
  • Publish: Use the blue button in the top right to transfer all changes to your live domain.
Tip: If you want to try things out first, use our free live demo. All changes there are temporary and ideal for practice!
