Reviews are one of the strongest factors in purchasing decisions. In Magento 2, you have full control over which reviews appear in your shop.

Moderating Reviews

You can find all incoming customer opinions under Marketing > User Reviews > Pending Reviews. Here you can check and edit the texts and set the status to "Approved" to make them go live.

Rating Criteria

Under Stores > Rating, you can define what can be rated (e.g., Price, Quality, Delivery Time). These criteria then appear in the shop as a 5-star scale.

Anti-Spam Tip: Under Stores > Configuration, allow reviews only for logged-in customers to keep the quality of the reviews high.

Real-Time Feedback, Real-Time Speed

Thanks to Elasticsearch, reviews are immediately taken into account in your search results and filters.
