Restoring a Cancelled Service
Have you submitted a cancellation but changed your mind? As long as the expiration date has not yet been reached, we can usually reactivate the service without any problems.
How to Proceed:
In your customer center, there is no direct "undo" button for cancellations that have already been confirmed. To ensure that no data is deleted, please proceed as follows:
- Open a short support ticket addressed to our technical/billing department.
- Tell us the name of the product or the domain.
- We will remove the cancellation status for you and set the product back to "Active."
