How to open a request:

  1. In the customer center, click on "Support" -> "Tickets" or directly on "Open Ticket".
  2. Select the appropriate department (e.g., Technical Support or Billing).
  3. Provide a descriptive subject line and select the affected product (if applicable).
  4. Describe your request as detailed as possible.

Tip for faster help: Use attachments

A picture is worth a thousand words. Use the "Attach File" function to upload screenshots of error messages. This helps our technicians identify the problem immediately without long follow-up questions.
