Do you have a technical question or an inquiry regarding your invoice? Our ticket system is the most secure and fastest way to receive support. Unlike a simple email, your ticket is immediately assigned to the correct department.
How to open a request:
- In the customer center, click on "Support" -> "Tickets" or directly on "Open Ticket".
- Select the appropriate department (e.g., Technical Support or Billing).
- Provide a descriptive subject line and select the affected product (if applicable).
- Describe your request as detailed as possible.
Tip for faster help: Use attachments
A picture is worth a thousand words. Use the "Attach File" function to upload screenshots of error messages. This helps our technicians identify the problem immediately without long follow-up questions.
