Has a problem been solved before and you would like to read the solution again? CuriaWeb permanently stores all your previous support requests for you.
Accessing Past Conversations:
- In the customer center, navigate to "Support" -> "Tickets".
- Here you will see an overview of all tickets. Use the "Status" filter to also display "Closed" tickets.
- Click on the subject of a ticket to view the entire message history, including all attachments.
