Keeping an eye on your web space
A full hosting account can result in your website becoming unreachable or emails no longer being delivered. The Disk Usage function helps you quickly identify "storage hogs" and manage your quota efficiently.

Warning: Disk quota exceeded
If you receive this message, the system can no longer write new data. This often affects database locks or backups, which will then fail. In this case, act quickly to avoid data loss.
Where is the most space being used?
The interface breaks down your consumption in detail. The following areas frequently occupy the most space:
Large attachments in "Sent" folders or overflowing trash cans are often the cause.
MySQL and PostgreSQL databases are included in the calculation of total storage.
Old backup files or massive error logs often take up a lot of space unnoticed.
Detailed analysis of directories
Scroll down to see a list of all folders. You can click on the names to open the File Manager directly in that directory and delete unnecessary files.
What to do if space is insufficient?
- Delete: Empty email trash folders and delete old backup archives (
.zipor.tar.gz). - Offload: Move rarely used data to local storage or a cloud service.
- Upgrade: If your business is growing and you permanently need more space, upgrading your hosting package is the safest solution.
Is your storage display not updating immediately?
Sometimes the system needs a few minutes to recalculate the quotas. For questions about upgrades, the CURIAWEB sales team will be happy to help!
