Has a problem been solved before and you would like to read the solution again? CuriaWeb permanently stores all your previous support requests for you.

Accessing Past Conversations:

  1. In the customer center, navigate to "Support" -> "Tickets".
  2. Here you will see an overview of all tickets. Use the "Status" filter to also display "Closed" tickets.
  3. Click on the subject of a ticket to view the entire message history, including all attachments.
Note: You can reopen closed tickets at any time if a problem recurs. Simply reply to the existing ticket.
