CURIAWEB SiteCare is a technical maintenance service and not an unlimited WordPress support contract.
For example, changes to the web design, creating new pages, editing texts and images, new features, individual programming, SEO work, or fixing existing technical problems are not included.
Clearing hacked websites and extensive repairs are also not part of the regular maintenance. We are happy to offer you such services separately.
Yes. If you need changes to the design, new content, additional features, or technical adjustments, you can contact us at any time.
We discuss the desired workload with you and, if necessary, create a separate quote. We only proceed with any additional work that requires payment after your approval.
We perform a manual WordPress maintenance at least once a month. During this process, we check for available updates and perform the scheduled updates in a controlled manner.
Regardless, our SiteCare monitoring monitors your website’s availability and SSL status around the clock. However, 24/7 monitoring does not mean that manual maintenance takes place around the clock.
Yes. CURIAWEB SiteCare also works for WordPress websites hosted on another hosting provider. A hosting change is not required.
For websites hosted with CURIAWEB hosting, SiteCare costs CHF 69.– per month, while for external hosting it costs CHF 89.– per month. Both options are billed annually in advance.
Before the maintenance, we check whether a suitable data backup exists. Should an update performed by us cause problems, we will perform the rollback to the agreed extent.
The provision of a dedicated backup infrastructure, the recovery after a hacker attack, or the remediation of damage caused independently of maintenance are not automatically part of the SiteCare contract.
In the event of a hacker attack, a malfunctioning website, or serious technical problems, you can commission our separate WordPress emergency service.
We also support you on weekends in analyzing and resolving acute problems. The emergency service starts at a one-time flat fee of CHF 590.–. Additional paid work is only carried out after your prior approval.

The billing is made annually in advance. This amounts to CHF 828.– or CHF 1’068.– per year. The agreed maintenance services are included in the respective price.
No. Even a regularly maintained WordPress website can be affected by security incidents, server outages, or technical errors.
Through controlled updates, functional testing, and ongoing monitoring, we reduce avoidable risks and can detect certain problems earlier. An absolute guarantee of security or availability is therefore not associated with this.
The WordPress maintenance contracts of CURIAWEB SiteCare have a minimum term of 12 months. The billing is made annually in advance.
You can terminate your maintenance contract with 30 days’ notice at the end of the respective contract term. If no notice is given in a timely manner, the contract automatically extends for another 12 months.
