Finding old support tickets in the CURIAWEB customer center

Reading time approx.: 2 minutes

In the CURIAWEB customer center, you can access your previous support requests at any time. This allows you to quickly find past answers, technical guides, attachments, and already resolved issues.

This is especially practical if a question has already been resolved previously or if you want to trace which settings or changes were made in a past support case.

How to find your previous support tickets #

  1. Log in to the CURIAWEB customer center.
  2. Open the section in the menu „Support“ and subsequently „Tickets“.
  3. You are now viewing an overview of your previous support requests.
  4. Use the filter if necessary „Status“, to also show closed tickets.
  5. Click on the subject of a ticket to open the full message history.
  6. If necessary, also check any existing attachments, screenshots, or files in the ticket.

What information can you find on an old ticket? #

A ticket contains the previous communication history between you and CURIAWEB support. This includes your original request, our responses, potential follow-up questions, as well as technical notes and existing attachments.

Depending on the support case, you will find there, for example:

  • Hosting and Domain Settings
  • Instructions for setting up email accounts
  • Information about DNS, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC
  • Explanations regarding invoices, payments, or renewals
  • Troubleshooting tips for websites
  • Information about cPanel and other CURIAWEB services
  • Links to further help articles

Reopen closed tickets #

You can still view closed tickets. If a previously addressed issue occurs again or you have a direct follow-up question about the past support case, the existing ticket history is particularly helpful.

If, on the other hand, the new request has nothing to do with the original support case, you should create a new ticket. This keeps the communication clear and allows the request to be assigned more quickly.

If you can't find an old ticket #

First, check the status filter under „Support > Tickets“. Closed tickets may not be displayed in the current view.

A meaningful subject line also makes it easier for you to find it again later. A title like „Email sending for info@domain.ch is not working“ is much more helpful than merely „Problem“.
